If you are a user of the DRiiVE app, this will be re-named as Risk iQ but contain all the features that you are used to seeing. The icon will change to the one below, but your existing logins will not alter. Please can you communicate this to your drivers so that they can look out for the new logo from 24/07/23.

The updated driver intervention service allows us to have positive communications with your drivers. Communicating with drivers about their behaviour has always been at the heart of what we do. Helping them to understand the consequences of making poor decisions on the road and educating them to make better ones is the core of our ethos.
Drivers are difficult to contact safely because they are often reluctant to take a call outside of working hours, but they are often driving during their shift. This can result in our first few communications being non-productive voicemails asking the driver to contact us.
The new process allows us to target drivers via text messages. These messages are bespoke to the individual so that their own scores and behaviours are talked about. If a driver does not improve their scores, they will be sent a link to a site where they can pick a time that is suitable to them and we will call them to discuss in more detail.
This means that we are able to have a positive communication first time every time. Drivers have indicated that this approach fits in better with their job role and will read texts rather than listen to a voicemail.
We will launch this with you on an individual basis, so no change for now.
If you have any questions relating to this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
