Matrix iQ appoints Ben Audley as CEO to drive next phase of growth

Matrix iQ, a leading provider of next-generation vehicle data analysis, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Audley to the role of Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 12th August 2024.

Ben joins Matrix having spent several years in key leadership roles within the global software industry, driving growth not only in the UK but also in the US & Europe. Ben’s most recent role was Chief Revenue Officer of Summize, an AI-driven contract management platform, where he established the Sales function and grew revenue significantly in both 2022 and 2023, amongst other achievements.

Ben Audley, CEO of Matrix iQ, said:

I am delighted to join Matrix iQ and the Bridges portfolio.  Throughout initial conversations, I’ve been energised by the opportunity to spearhead the next phase of growth at an organisation focused on both protecting the business assets of its customers as well as being genuinely inspired by helping to reduce their environmental impact and improve safety.  I look forward to working with the team to solidify and develop our reputation as the leading provider of telematics technology.

Mark Mills, Chairman of Matrix iQ, said:

We are delighted to welcome Ben to the Matrix iQ team and Ben’s skills will perfectly complement the wider team and help us to build on our market leading products and services, all designed to reduce our customer’s costs whilst helping them, in a variety of ways, to reach net zero. Ben’s background will help Matrix iQ to accelerate its SaaS and SHaaS offerings which are being adopted both in the UK and internationally.

Ben’s appointment will allow current CEO and founder Mark Packman to move into the newly created role of Chief Product Officer, where he will focus his time and expertise on ensuring that Matrix continues to develop market-leading products in this ever-evolving tech space.

Mark Packman, Chief Product Officer of MatrixIQ, said:

“We’re really pleased that Ben has agreed to join the business. He’s an impressive technology leader, with a great track record of driving growth both in the UK and overseas. At the same time, we recognise that the foundation of Matrix iQ’s success to date has been the quality of our products, and the future success of the business will depend on us continuing to develop the best product offering in the market. So I’m excited to be taking on this new CPO role, which will allow me to really focus on working with our brilliant engineering team to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.”
